Mario Batali

Iron Chef Mario Batali was the host of Molto Mario and Ciao America. He was an Iron Chef on the first six seasons of Iron Chef America, with a win-loss-draw ratio of 19-5-0.

BiographyEdit

Mario Francesco Batali (b. September 19, 1960)[2] is an American chef, writer, restaurateur, and media personality. In addition to his classical culinary training, he is an expert on the history and culture of Italian cuisine, including regional and local variations.

Batali co-owns restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Westport, Connecticut. Batali's signature clothing style includes a fleece vest, shorts and orange Crocs.
