Good Eats was a Food Network cooking/educational show hosted by Alton Brown from 1999 to 2011. In Good Eats, Alton Brown brings science and food together as he explains scientific techniques through cooking, turning food into knowledgeable fun as he gives out great recipes throughout his kitchen. Along the way, there's short comedies as he acts out short skits every episode. He teaches many things most people would not know about cooking, and are glad to know. He teaches us about certain bacteria in food that can get us sick as well, which is really important to know when we are cooking.
